Outstanding service from Steven Dire at Discovery Insure

I work for an advisor and deal with Discovery broker call centres everyday. Today I had quite a tall order for Steven Dire at Discovery Insure Broker Servicing and boy, did he deliver! I was stunned by his friendly attitude and the attentive, professional manner in which he handled my request. Not once did he get frustrated or irritated (like most of the consultants usually do). He even waited for me to confirm that I had received his email and checked that all was in order. I have already told all my colleagues what outstanding service I received from Steven. He certainly gets a 10/10 from me! Thank you Steven for giving us hope for better service!
