Outstanding Service from Nabilah Dawood at Discovery Insure

<p>Nabilah Dawood is a perfect example of how all claim agents should be !</p> <p>Her friendlyness, her knowledge of services, her ability to follow up and resolve matters according to the clients expectations and also explain the pros and cons inline with what is allowed and what is not allowed makes her stand out in my opinion as things dont always go your way as expected from a client's point of view but her ability to handle the situation with tact and knowledge of what she does has really been a fantastic experience. If Discovery Insure uses her as the mould for when they hire staff, I think they would certainly be in a better position as a compnay in whole.</p> <p>If I could only deal with her going forward, it would certainly be a bonus but I am sure I would not be able to change Discovry's internal policies but she is certainly a star in my eyes.</p> <p>Many thanks Nabilah for your fantastic service and friendly and informative nature.</p>
