Mothusi Onassis Masela is a true gem. He exceeded my expectations when I called into Discovery Insure. I was not sure if my policy details on assistance with changing a flat tyre so I called in to check if I was covered for help with a flat tyre. He was empathetic, patient and efficient and arranged for a professional and friendly person to come and change my tyre. While I was waiting for assistance, Mothusi Onassis Masela made several calls to me checking in on the progress. He is a real star and a pleasure to deal with.
