Outstanding service from Katlego Makoya ******

I was put through to Katlego Makoya and he was amazing - he helped me log my claim and called me straight back. I am currently in the Cederberg Mountains, 1 hour inland off the N7. I had no phone signal and wifi in limited areas. He said he would call me back at 8am at the office of the accommodation where i was staying and sure enough he did, we communicated on email and he looked after me every step of the way. The truck was in the Cederberg mountains by 09h00 and towed my vehicle away.
