Outstanding service from Discovery roadside assistance

My initial experience with Discovery was not a pleasant one. The reality is that their app does not work consistently well with their DQ tracker. I now have a stand alone tracker which works much better. That said, the service I received yesterday when my car's multibelt snapped was OUTSTANDING. In under 15 minutes I was on my way to the garage. The call centre agent was efficient, friendly, and reassuring. I was blown away.
