Outstanding service from Decious Banyini!
Damaged my cellphone and Decious Banyini was appointed to my claim. He advised me to get a damage report from an iStore myself to speed up the process. I got the report and replacement quote, emailed it at 07h55 the following morning, and was called at 08h14 that same day to advise that my claim was authorised! Astounding service! Thanks Decious for making the claims process painless!
