Outstanding Service delivery and turn around time - Car Insurnace

<p>My Fiance and I both got car insurance with Discovery Insure. We were involved in a car accident on the 08.01.2017. Tovhowani Mufamadi from Discovery Insure was the person responsible for handling his claim. His turn around time and feedback was one of which we have never experienced. Tovhowani went out of his way to try assist and get all the relevant processes and documents arranged for us, after this traumatic experience. Claim was logged on the 09.01.2017 and with the promt assistance Barry will be paid out by 20.01.2017. Discovery Insure tracker sent out an alert and we were contacted and an ambulance and police sent out straight away. Towing of car was arranged and trauma councellor sent out to us to check on how we were doing. I rate them as the best Insurance company in the world and I am glad that I have insurance with them. No questions out and no battle to get paid out. Thank you Discovery and thank you for employing such effiecient staff such as Tovhowani Mufamadi.</p>
