Outstanding service by Mpho Mamaregane
I am highly impressed with the most efficient service provided by Mpho Mamaregane of the Claims Department at the Sandton branch of Discovery Insure. I submitted a claim on the Discovery app for my caravan late on Friday afternoon. On Saturday morning Mpho requested photos and a repair quote from me, which I provided. Within an hour or two I received notification that my claim had been authorised, and I had to complete and sign a document. This morning (Monday) the funds were deposited into my account, and I can now proceed with the repairs to my caravan.
Thank you Mpho - you are an asset to Discovery Insure.
