OUTSTANDING SERVICE by Kevin Du Pleases today!

My cell phone was ****** on Friday while I was shopping at Norwood Mall. I immediately called Discover Insure to see if I could process my claim as quickly as possible. To my delight the claim was processed with in 45 minutes. Unbelievable service. I went to collect my new phone at 5pm. (This was a better option as there was a slight chance the handset would not be delivered the same day) <br> <br> Thank you so much Discovery Insure and thank you so much to Kevin and Jonathan Sehayek at CIR for the great service and for my new phone. CIR even upgraded the handset to a 128gb phone instead as apparently they never had stock of the 64GB. I only had to pay another R 200.00 over and above the excess. And whats more is they processed every thing before I even made payment of the excess. <br> <br> I was SO relieved to have a phone! My life was on that phone!
