Outstanding Service Beyond Expectations

I would like to sincerely thank Discovery Insure for their absolutely impeccable service and professionalism since the day I joined the Discovery family.

From the very beginning, the level of care and efficiency has been outstanding. During the installation of my driving monitor, my windscreen accidentally cracked. Even though I had just joined Discovery Insure, they handled the situation immediately and professionally. Within one day everything was sorted, and the very next day my new windscreen was replaced — fully covered by Discovery.

Then again this past weekend, both my windscreen wipers were ****** on Sunday morning. I noticed it at 7am on my way to gym. First thing Monday morning I contacted Discovery and submitted a claim. Within only 4 hours everything was finalized, and the payout was arranged to my Discovery Bank account within 72 hours so that I could replace the wipers without delay.

What truly stood out to me was how effortless the entire process was — no endless holding on the line, no being transferred between multiple departments, and no unnecessary stress.
