Outstanding service
He went and extra mile to ensure that my DQ track has been delivered. He then confirmed who will be delivering it. After delivery he called to confirm that it has been delivered and who received it. The following day he called to check if I managed to install the track successfully.<br> <br> It is good to work with people who understand customer service.
