Outstanding Service

I recently had some mishaps regarding the dqtrack system and the units in my cars.<br> I have called various times complaining about the problem and could not get any results, until i spoke to a gentleman known as Rishan, he carefully listened to my problem , and after I vented off my frustration.<br> He then took contol and provided me with a solution , he explained to me exactly what to do and where to go , via the website etc.<br> <br> I am utterly amazed at how professional this individual is.<br> He is truly an asset to your Organization..<br> <br> Well Done Rishan , Thanks for the Great Customer Experience...
