Outstanding Service

Truth be told, I do a little dance of happiness every time Marnus Louw (Discovery Insure Building Assessor) is appointed to one my claims. He is the consummate professional, congenial, extremely thorough, knowledgeable and exemplary at keeping one abreast of the progress of a claim. The pinnacle is that he explains everything in layman's terms to the client so that there is no misunderstanding or perceived ambiguity on what will be covered (and what not) by the claim.
