OUTSTANDING SERVICE

<p>I've been struggling to get confirmation on a claim for 2 weeks. Today when I call Aubrey Adoons from Discovery Insure took my call and I was blown away by the service I received. In a matter of 1 hour he managed to get me the confirmation, then went the extra mile and did a telephone conference call with the Panelbeaters and immediately had my vehicle booked in. He didn't stop there he even arranged the hired vehicle to be dropped at the panelbeaters so that I didn't have to stress about that too. Thank you Aubrey for being such a pleasure to deal with and ensuring that my experience was one I walked away smiling on. WELL DONE. </p>
