Outstanding service

<p>I've come across a number of call Centre agents but there's one that stood out for me. I called to add to my policy where I was helped by a lady. When I called back to change something I dealt with Kushaal Deokinandan twice, who not only remembered who I was the 2nd time dealing with me 2 days later, he assisted me, went above and beyond, managed to save me more than expected, He did what every other agent wasn't bothered to do. He was incredibly helpful and all round great dealing with him. Thank you very much Kushaal Deokinandan. #givethatmanaraise</p>
