Outstanding service!
I spoke to an agent that deals with escalations her name is Nomfundo. Her service was outstanding! you guys need more agents like this. She was so efficient and resolved all my queries in one go. I was at a point where I was ready to withdraw but not only did she change my mind but she helped me save so much and upgraded my plan and added on extra benefits. Her demeanor was world class service and she provided a memorable experience overall.
