I want to give a accolade to Vanessa Naidoo (discovery claims) my vehicle where in a accident on the 31/1/2019 and the next day I logged a claim with Discovery. what a great experience!!. The service I received from Vanessa was outstanding, she made life very easy for me. The communication was done via mails and telephone and not ones did she drop the ball on the claim. the manner how she handle the process was very uplifting and professional. Thank you Vanessa !!!
