Within a day of submitting my claim, Roslin Moodley of Discovery Health had arranged an assessment within 2 days of the request. Within 7 hours of the assessment, the claim was approved, hire car offered, etc. I have now worked with Roslin on two occasions, both times receiving exceptional service.
