Outstanding service

I would just like to commend Natasja Badenhorst (from the claims dept in Sandton) on her excellent service provided from the first minute of dealing with her last week until the end of the process today.

She was compassionate, friendly and provided outstanding service.

When you have had a terrible experience regarding a loss of property, it definitely helps to be provided with the kind of service which she provided.
