Outstanding Service

My dealings with Discovery Insure have generally been excellent. I have never dealt with a better insurance service supplier. I am in the process of resolving an insurance claim with regards to a vehicle accident. It is not yet fully resolved, so my response is premature, but the service, in terms of politeness, knowledge, compassion, speed and efficiency of consultant Yueshan David has been exceptional. It would be unfair to call it world class, with it's implications that South African service is comparably deficient. All I can say is I cannot think of anything or any moment where the service I have received could have been improved upon. Kudos to Mr David. And no doubt, Discovery's insurance business will grow through these kind of customer experiences.
