Outstanding Service

My sister was in an accident, and lodged a claim on her vehicle. Tarryn was the claim consultant and she handled the claim with exceptional service being delivered to my family. She was always available for us and we received feedback as and when events happened. She also assisted with the discovery vendors, whom are giving Discovery a bad name if you ask me, and ensured that things happened and the process flowed timeously. She is a real asset to the company and one of the best consultants I have dealt with to date. More people like her are needed in companies, especially when dealing with clients. She is patient and takes the time to understand and solve queries and delays with great efficiency. <br> <br> I applaud her for the great work and going the extra mile to assist.
