Outstanding roadside assistance

My son was driving in the rain on Friday around 6 in the evening when he hit a pothole, we phoned Discover insure Roadside assist. Janine Mitchell one of the consultants immediately contacted the nearest tow in service and the car was loaded within half an hour.

What is really amazing is that Janine kept in contact with me the whole time to find out if my son has reached home as his cell battery has gone flat. I am grateful for the fast and caring way in which my problem was resolved. GREAT WORK
