Outstanding response to an insurance claim

Within 24 hours of my car being damaged, Discovery Ensure had assessed the damage and authorised payment in full. I received SMS & e-mail conformation every step of the way as to what I was required to do next, where to have my car assessed (less than 30 minutes at a venue and time convenient to me, no need to leave my car), and where to take my car for the repairs. I have only been a client of Discovery Ensure's for 4 months and every step of the way their service had been outstanding. I would definitely recommend Discovery Ensure and intend changing other family member vehicle insurance as well as our home insurance to Discovery.
