As a parent, I am so grateful for the quick response from the Discovery emergency assist team when my daughter was in a vehicle accident. 10/10 for their response. Thank you! With the guidance of my insurance adviser (which I would highly recommend), my vehicle was repaired to quality status without any problem from the repairer. The assessors can improve by better assessing the claim. I feel that there was some lack of experience in the assessment process, as the validated end repair bill was almost double (if not more), which required additional approvals that caused a time delay in the delivery of the vehicle. Overall, I am a happy client.
