Outstanding Customer Service on my Discovery claim

I have recently experience fantastic customer service from Natasja Badenhorst when I claimed for a household item damaged. The claim process was a breeze - done online, after hours on my phone. Initially sceptical of online submissions, the efficiency of this one blew me away.
