Outstanding contact centre staff

I am really impressed with the level of professionalism, efficiency and technical knowledge of the Discovery Insure contact centre staff, in particular a lady by the name of Mpho Maeko. I called in to obtain confirmation of cover for one of my insured vehicles that was required by the institute financing it. <br> <br> I made the mistake however of not being specific and just asking for confirmation of policy. Mpho responded very quickly by sending me my entire portfolio (which she did while I was still on the line) but she went one step further and enquired as to what I required it for. When I told her what I actually planned to do with it, she informed me that the entire schedule she sent me wouldn't suffice and what I actually needed was a more concise document which she sent me (quite literally as we were still speaking). Her speed of response, professionalism, communication skills and knowledge compelled me to write this review. <br> <br> Very refreshing to come across a company that clearly endeavours to employ high quality staff.
