Outstanding Consultant

Never have i ever received such excellent service from an Insurance consultant ever. We often hear of how heartless , harsh and inconsiderate they are but this was not the case. I called the call centre traumatized from a break in not sure what to expect but Motshabi Kotu was of excellent service. <br> <br> She made the whole experience so easy to deal with. From day one she gave feedback assuring me that she is working on the claim. She understood that it was the first i had gone through this and assisted me through the whole process. <br> <br> I thank discovery insure and their excellent staff member Motshabi Kotu for bringing back the smile my family by insuring that all items lost were replaced. <br> <br>
