I submitted a claim to discovery and was paid on the 23rd of April, I had problems with MFC as they didn't want to acknowledge the payment made, Neo went the extra mile to assist me in regards to sending and requesting all types of Proof of payment made so MFC could acknowledge the payment. He sent daily follow emails to his finance department as well as to me to keep me updated on the process of everything.
