Outstanding client service: Discovery Insurance

My son's car was in an accident a week ago and I must ssy that I am very impressed with the excellent service I receive from Discovery Insure. I am receving progress reports on a regular basis (6 reports) in less than a week. The consultant (Michelle van Zyl) dealing with my case is always friendly and helpful. This is the first time that I experience such outstanding service from a short term inurance company.
