OUTSTANDING!!!

I recently submitted a claim and it was handled by Natasja Badenhorst. She absolutely impressed me with her professionalism and timely response. everything was handled with great care and the damaged items were collected, assessed and reported on in less than three days. She already handed the claim over for replacement of the damaged goods and I am just waiting for their call. All in all a great service was rendered and I am very impressed. She will go miles in the industry with her positive attitude and approach towards her clients.
