<p>It is extremely rare to find an honest person in companies today but to find one in the insurance industry is rare so I would like Discovery Insure to know that today I found that person, Ntombizodwa Nyembe who went the extra 2 miles to ensure that Discovery retained me as a customer. She was sincere and honest and instead of simply just pressing a button and cancelling my policy she asked if she could offer me alternatives and those alternatives means that I save more than a buck! It also means that an employee like Ntombizodwa takes her role in the Discovery Group seriously not as just another job to pay the bills and so her excellent customer service will ensure that she always contributes to Discovery bottom line by retaining not losing customers for the group.
