Out of the Box Thinking Saves Time and Money
Katleho Sekobolo gave me very good service yesterday. She was able to listen to my problem about suspected battery fault on tracker that is randomly draining my car battery, explain DQ Track policy which was not the right solution to my problem, think out of the box and provide the correct solution that would save me and Discovery Insure time and money. She also was client focused expressing genuine concern about me being stranded somewhere due to a drained battery. She did this in a professional manner. I do praise God my Father and the Lord Jesus Christ for connecting me to her. He has given her wonderful s****s that helped me greatly yesterday.
