Oustanding Service from Discovery personal (Jose Nelson and his team)

I put in my claim on the 04 November 2019, this was in the morning at about 09:30am. I received a call to and sms to inform me that I can take my vehicle to be assessed today, the 05 November 2019 at 08:00am. After my vehicle was assessed this morning I received a call from Jose Nelson from Discovery just after 13:00pm informing me that my claim has been authorised. I honestly expected a call on Thursday, wow!!!! was I surprised and happy. Jose Nelson was very friendly, professional and very helpful, he advised me that a confirmation email and sms shall be sent to me shortly; it wasn't even on minute and I received both the email and the sms notification. Jose and his team are the best!! I have never experienced such outstanding customer service and only which all companies can adapt this kind of service, the level of professionalism is beyond measure!!! Discovery, you have amazing people working at your company, please look after these valued personal, as this type of s**** is very scarce theses days.
