Hi<br> <br> Okay, this compliment is almost a month overdue!<br> <br> I struggled to get my bike insured with discovery again after my claim was settled. Then I got through to this girl, I think her name was Monique or Monica, but I'm sure you'll be able to see on my workflow on your side who worked on this girl.<br> <br> She was the last to activate my policy.<br> <br> This girl went ALL the way to make sure that I have my insurance before she puts the phone down.<br> <br> I regret not remembering her name and surname and HOPE you would be able to trace her and give her the credit she is due!<br> <br> I was amazed and really felt like her only issue while on the phone!<br> <br> Thanks !
