opportunity lost when trust abused.

so my renewal notice arrives - staggered at a R3,000+ pcm premium I sought clarifications and detail, but none was there to found. so I ask a competitor - would you like my business, on entirely comparable grounds - and you know what OUTSURANCE were certain they did and my premium was 30% + less. so armed with such knowledge and fact I again asked DISCOVERY if they wished to in some measure adjust their response to me so underwhelmed was i with what came back I cancelled my policy.

Eventually riding over the hill on his trusty steed named retention comes Shafick Allow who listens and sympathizes and does his best, but to no avail, damage done, trust broken - I ove on.

so Dear Discovery please do not abuse the trust placed in you by high paying, reliable paying, no claiming clients.................and don't leave it up to Shafick to repair what is broken. the rating 3/5 is a reflection of the attempt at recovery - my true experience is a 1.
