Only use whatsapp to communicate.
The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because of Mzwakhe and Thandiwe on the whatsapp channel of communication. They were friendly, professional in thier advice and fixed problems with ease and efficiency that took me over a month to try explain let alone sort out via email.
