Only about money

Goodday, on 27 February I forward a notice to Discovery insurance not to deduct my intended insurance policy with them because my other policy was not yet canceled, I received an e-mail that my query will be send to the relevant department, after they proceed with the premium deduction I request to be reimbursed, everytime when I inquire, Discovery insurance tell me they will send it to the relevant department, until today I didn't receive my money (premium) they deducted, I thought Discovery is different but I experience first hand its all about money. I decide to stay with my current insurance company for obvious reasons.
