Ongoing Delays and Lack of Response from Discovery Insure

I would like to express my frustration with the handling of my insurance claim by Discovery Insure. Over a year has passed since I first reported the issue with the dismal floor repair quality done at my home, yet I have received no responses to my messages and no progress has been made.

Furthermore, the contractor (Jaco Projects) assigned to repair my floors have been playing delay tactics with the hope that I will give up, leaving me without a solution to move forward.

The ongoing delay and lack of communication are truly unacceptable. I’m shocked that so many of my emails have been ignored by multiple people at Discovery Insure. They are allowing the contractor, Jaco Projects, to get away with subpar repairs.

People, be warned: my experience with Discovery Insure has been dismal. It’s shocking that an insurance company can simply choose to ignore a client when concerns are raised.
