ONE IN A MILLION

I had a query with a discovery claim . I phoned the insure specialist claims department . I was put through to a exceptionally well mannered and very ,very organised young lady by the name Roslin Moodly. She listened to my query in detail and ask a number of pertinent questions regarding the claim.She rep**** in her polite manner that she would get back to me as soon as she could.I was amazed by her same day prompt response. She had already gathered all the necessary correspondence regarding the claim.She came back with an immediate solution for me .The claim was sorted out within a very short period of time (claim number ********** ) . I would like to compliment and commend Roslin on her clinical and professional approach ,she is and asset to Discovery and they should be proud to have Roslin on their A team. I just want to say thank you to Roslin and Discovery ,it is a heart warming feeling to know that people like Roslin still exist.!!!!!!!
