One Employee save a company from loosing a client

So I had the unfortunate luck to have to submit a motor vehicle claim. After being send to assessors and having my car referred to a panelbeater that is not certified by my car manufacturer I was 2 min away from cancelling my Discovery insurance policy. Thankfully I got hold of Jathin Mathura, not only was he friendly and really listened to my issues he did exactly what he promised. Emails was send within 10 minutes.
