Once they have your money , you mean nothing to DISCOVERY INSURE

I have requested a no-claims letter from discovery. Discovery keeps sending me a letter which has an assessment on it. However, I NEVER claimed this amount allocated to me. So now this is making my "no-claims letter" into a "claims history letter" which is extremely unfair. This was purely a claim that was approved, and not something I went ahead with after the assessment was done. I previously wrote a positive review for the consultant who helped me, but unfortunately I now need to retract it, because Happiness simelane is now ignoring me. I am currently overseas and cannot receive calls, and he refuses to communicate with me unless it's over the phone. He has just started ignoring my emails. I am absolutely disgusted.

Dear Clare,

The reason for the assessment showing up on your claim history is due to the claim still being noted as opened, this as we have been trying to recover the claims cost from the person with whom you had the incident.

The claim will reflect on your profile as there has been an incident and this must be recorded. It will now however state that the claim was Not Taken Up.

Happiness is in a call centre and is not in a position to respond to emails from client all the time. We have now closed your claim and the repairs are no longer authorised.

An updated letter has been sent to you, apologies for the inconvenience.

Regards,

Discovery Insure
