OMBUD here I come! Untrue policy info given!

I cancelled my policy as I had received a 35% cheaper premium quote from another company. Boitumelo called from retentions to ask why I was cancelling. I explained and she asked if she could requote me on my current policy. Although slightly more expensive than the other company she did bring my premium down dramatically. I agreed to this and confirmed more than once that my policy was going to stay exactly as is. She confirmed this numerous times. My vitality drive amount dropped dramatically and when I called in I was told it was because I had moved onto essential from classic and that I needed to also go to TWT for a car check. This means I have been paying a premium for a policy with half the benefits I was lead to believe I had, and was getting less vitality drive spend back, all the while paying a higher premium than the competitors who could offer me everything that my prior classic plan did. This is ***** and theft. Boitumelo said she would put my plan back onto Classic and correct the vitality drive qualifying back to 50% of spend but never came back to me to confirm this. The best part.....my premiums have increased yet again!!! Absolute joke!
