We decided to cancel our present insurance to change to Discovery Insure by 1st of the following month after drawing up the Policy documents. Now before joining & cancellation of old policy group, the premium goes up by R300 with Commision also increasing by R40. How can this well know Insurance group Lie ??? Numerous emails sent but NO response nor Service
