OEM body parts a must
Claim done in December 2020 after repair center did not order mirror although Discovery paid the claim where I have bought the advised one myself. After numerous phone calls and attempts nothing was done due to during negotiations to replace with genuine vw mirror they refused die to their policy although they agreed if my fact are proven it will be replaced by original mirror but since then no response and calls and emails plainly ignored

25 Feb 2021, 22:06After my recent complaint I can say excellent customer care done by the claims manager on behalf of Discovery Insure, the issue was not ignored and though we both agreed on part replaced either by original second hand part if available the department approved and paid out the amount to have replaced with a genuine oem part. I will give them my 5 star rating for this type of customer care, Kind Regards
