Oageng Madumo - Going the Extra mile

Oageng really went the extra mile for us. Despite a couple of setbacks during the claims process with the service providers, Oageng went above and beyond to get a happy resolution. We had a number of challenges to try and repair or replace our camera lens in a reasonable time. Oageng never gave up, from the start to the end he worked tirelessly and tenaciously to get us sorted out.

I have had a previous claim with Discovery which was not nearly as pleasant as this, despite this claim being way more challenging for them to resolve.
