Ntombizodwa Nyembe- Client Retention Champion

<p>I called the Discovery insure contact centre with regards to my policy as I was considering cancelling it.. I was put through to their retention department, where I spoke to Ntombi Nyembe. She was patient and explained what cancelling my policy would mean, she asked me to read through the policy schedule of the insurance company I was considering joining. . Upon following her advise I found details in the fine print which had not been discussed with me when I was doing the quotation for the insurance.. When I called Discovery again to reopen my policy I requested to be put through to the same lady.. Once again she was patient and took time to assist me with getting a better price/premium from Discovery.. I am really impressed with the service I received from Ms Ntombi Nyembe... Keep up the great work. .</p>
