Ntokozo (Nito) Radebe

<p>I was transferred to Nito (Ntokozo Radebe) after speaking to a lady at the call centre who could not assist in any way; whereafter I asked to cancel my insurance policy due to an excessive price difference on my one vehicle (R600+)</p> <p>Nito was very professional and mananged to calmly explain items on the policy; as well as make suggestions on how he could lower the premiums for me. I was very irate when I was transferred but after a few minutes with him on the phone I was calm and happy to continue my policy with Discovery</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Nito!
