Nthabiseng Mokgatle rocks!

A roadside emergency that ended up with a chain of call to dealer and RSA service through the insurance ended up with a pleasantly soothing experience when Nthabiseng arranged an all-rounder service provider with Nthabi's understanding that a jumpstart might be unsuccessful (earlier when talking to the other consultant I was made to believe that i would be sent an SP to jumpstart and that only if it fails then a tow truck would be dispatched. This let me to cancelling the request and opting to buy a battery as I would not want to wait about 2x 45min... battery test confirmed that I did not need a new battery...) Coming back to 'revive' the request I encountered Nthabi who proved to be patient, understanding and empathetic... Kudos to you Nthabi!
