Nqobile Mthethwa (building claims)
I have to hold upto 30 minutes everyday and still get no assistance because I end up putting the phone down. Nqobile never reply to any email I send to her and not once has she answered my call. Discovery insure is a good insurance company that is being led down by people like Nqobile.

12 Dec 2023, 08:57I have just spoken to Vincent who was not interested in helping since he said Nqobile wasnt at work, HE ACTUALLY PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. I have never been treated so badly by a insurance company that I speak highly of.
