Nothng too much trouble for Nadean

In summary, we had a dear old granny drive straight through our boundary wall on a Saturday morning. She was thankfully not hurt. Net result, big hole, entire electric fence compromised and no relishing the thought of having a real security breach for as long as it took to get a quote, appoint a builder etc. Nadean jumped into action and dealing with her and Discovery insure was an absolute pleasure. Security was arranged (and they were the most professional, polite, well trained guys you could hope for), builder was appointed within 24 hours (Threeway Projects, also a pleasure to deal with) and the wall was back up within a little over a week from the incident. Nadean's follow ups to ensure all was going to plan, especially checking on the security/guarding aspect (it felt like she made it her priority to ensure that the security of my wife and daughters during this time was up to scratch) was really unexpected and very welcome. Insurance is a grudge purchase for most of us, but it is worth every cent when you are treated like a person, not a number. The suppliers Discovery used, and their staff Like Nadean, are an absolute credit to them. Great people = great customer service!
